12/27/2005: "Pictures from the phillipines"
I dont have very many pictures of myself, because i am always the one taking the pictures. However, i finally buckled in and had someone take pictures of me. So here they are for viewing.
Here is a picture of one of the many beautiful alleys in China's capital city, Beijing. It is 6:30am so the picture is kind of dark, sorry about that.

Here is a photo of the hotel that i stayed at in Beijing. It was very secluded and hard to find. The quality of the rooms inside are a little worse than its appearance on the outside.
When i took the train from Si Ping to Beijing, a 12 hour trip, i slept on this bed. It is made for an average chinese person, but i am not the size of an average chinese so it was very difficult to get into it.
I had to wait until everyone went to sleep before i could take this photo. When people are awake, the hallways are crowded to the point of naseau. Imagine 200 people in this small space.
When you are hungry on the train, these are your options.
A photo from Tianamen square. Sorry about the view from the side, i didnt want to walk a mile and a half to get a good view because the wind was blowing very hard and it was extremely below zero temperatures.
Looks like Beijing is making its buildings looking pretty before the Olympics in 2008.
An action shot, haha, of a kick that is designed to be done while running away from someone. While you are being chased, you set this kick up and do a spinning kick to someone behind you without losing any of the momentum from running. You should be able to run full speed, kick someone behind you, and keep running full speed without slowing down.
